Client Story 2021-2023
Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)
Overview
Our collaboration with the Deepcrawl marketing team began shortly after the brand had transitioned into a new visual identity. Within a year, the product expanded from an SEO tool into a broader website intelligence platform, followed by the company’s transition to Lumar.
During this 2-year period of rapid change, I supported the brand’s visual evolution and extended its design system across marketing, sales, and event touchpoints.
Impact
My work shaped how multiple teams communicated, how ideas were executed to a high standard, and how content was shaped around resonance and current trends.
Stronger creative process through shared context
Our long-term collaboration helped me develop a deeper understanding of the brand context which resulted in faster and more adaptive work.
Increased creative confidence within the marketing team
Having a reliable design partner allowed the marketing team to focus on new ways to connect with their audience without the burden of figuring out execution. As the scope of our collaboration grew, we explored new formats and ways of storytelling.
Better resonance through visual storytelling
As a result of the brand’s versatile visual vocabulary, storytelling became an effective tool in communicating the changing brand context. Combined with the consistency of content efforts, this helped Lumar demonstrate its strong core to its audience base and maintain trust.
