Think with Google TR
Overview
As part of Google Turkey's local content initiatives, the client asked the agency I was a part of to develop original video content series. Their goal was simple: developing formats to inform their network of marketers, inspire through their success stories, and share insights from the leadership perspective.
I worked closely with the Google TR team on the creative direction of the series, and helped shape the content while managing the project from pitching to production and delivery within the agency.
Impact
My work shaped how multiple teams communicated, how ideas were executed to a high standard, and how content was shaped around resonance and current trends.
Smooth and fast alignment between teams
The development process required a constant back and forth between client and agency teams to make sure of the feasibility of next steps and the execution of the ideas in the best possible way. A strongly documented process helped all parties move with awareness. At any stage, the client knew what to expect, and the agency knew what needed to be provided.
Ideas embracing limitations
Limited resources were creative drivers rather than blockers. Time, budget, and brand restrictions supported more intentional decisions and a concrete action plan to avoid us to fall back.
Local to global brand consistency
My main inspiration was other Think with Google content, as consistency was our key priority. At the end, the content was in full coherence with the Google brand and its quality standards.
Positive feedback from client and viewers
The series reached thousands of marketers and received strong engagement from the local community. The project was also considered a success internally, as reflected in client feedback.
Foundations for future work
Beyond the content that we produced during my time at the agency, the process materials such as decks, storyboards, POV pieces provided guidance for future productions.
